Howdy! I’m Caroline Conway — your go-to Bell County Realtor® with Vista Real Estate Group.

Born and raised in Central Texas real estate, my journey didn’t start with a license — it started at the front desk. Right after graduating from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, I jumped into the industry eager to learn everything I could about buying, selling, marketing, and serving clients in the Temple, Belton, and Little River-Academy areas.

Over the past 6.5 years, I worked my way up from Front Desk Coordinator to Director of Marketing, Events & Agent Relations, gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of what truly makes a real estate transaction successful. Today, as a Licensed Texas Realtor® with Vista Real Estate Group, I use that experience to help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Bell County real estate market with confidence.

My career has been shaped by incredible mentors and opportunities along the way, especially the continued support and belief from Emilio Perales, who gave me the chance to grow within the industry and ultimately step into my role as a Realtor®.

When I’m not helping clients find the perfect home or negotiate the best deal, you’ll find me at home in Little River-Academy (Sting ’Em Bees!) with my husband — my college sweetheart — Austin Conway, and our two sweet girls, Camden Leanne and Murphy James.

Real estate is more than transactions to me — it’s about community, relationships, and helping families put down roots in the places they love.
