Caroline is AMAZING! We gave Caroline a task..." We're flying in Thursday to meet you and we'd like to look at homes." Caroline must have pulled out all the bag of tricks. She started sending us available homes that met our very strict requirements. Tens of them....probably 100! With her help we narrowed the picks. She mapped out each home with a time schedule for each viewing. WOW! DONT GIVE HER A TASK THAT YOU DONT WANT DONE!!!! We flew in on a Thursday, met with Caroline, signed papers, went over " battle plans" lol and made plans to meet Friday. We saw 10 of the 15 homes on her agenda. Decision made! We put an offer in late Friday evening....I'm not sure she has a time schedule. Saturday morning we had a verbal commitment from the sellers. Waalaa...magic!
